ScrubaDub Car Wash (Worcester)

Not great, not terrible. The self wash bay closest to the wash tunnel leaks so you get a free shower with your car... The coin slot was also jammed on that bay. But overall a decent wash for a low price. Glad there's still some self wash places around like this

Pay a monthly pass for two cars and the first time the system malfunctioned (okay it happens), last night I went and the garage door gets jammed so I had to reverse back out!! Doesn’t seem like this place does a routine maintenance on their parts or machines !! Doesn’t even look like the garage door got any grease on the rollers for years !! Nozzles need to be replaced or unclogged probably along with all the lines!!!!! Foam needs to be readjusted so the nozzles are free from being blocked from the foam so the nozzles can actually work!!! Garage door should be shut until the car before is done drying (it always seem like the car behind is rushing to get his wash before the car ahead of him is barely even done drying)!!!!

The payment interface has been broken 3 of the last 3 times I have gone for a wash now. I'm trying to cancel my membership, but there's no way to do it without calling their customer support (only open M-F 9am to 5pm while I'm working). Would not recommend this location until they fix their systems.

Update: May 2024.... They have a new card terminal. With a package wash all you do is drive up. Scans automatically and it starts right away (until car in dront of you is just about done. No more freezing screen like before. Love the touchless car wash! $22 ( it's ceramic coated now else so I reduced it from the highest package). Comes out clean and prices are fair for a monthly pass. I've been going for a couple years and got a monthly pass last year. Definitely recommend as it's cheaper than going 2x a month without a pass.

Love being able to wash my own car. They give all the needed supplies! Garbage always overflowing but every time I've been there I've seen workers beginning to clean up so they probably just have more customers then expected. Very satisfied with this service Plus the automatic touchless car wash is safe and perfect for your vehicle. I made my wife's car go from lookin like an abandoned building to well less of an abandoned building! Best spot in town for a car wash!
